Doctor Bike

To ensure that everyone’s bikes are roadworthy and running smoothly, bike mechanics from local bike shops will be on site at all of the Energy Pit Stop Stations. By stopping by one of our stations you will get your bike checked free of charge by one of these professional Bike Doctors to ensure that it is safe and ready to ride. Adjustments will be made as needed. Bike Doctors will be available at the Energy Pit Stop Stations between 6 – 9:00 a.m.

You can also stop by one of our six Energy Pit Stop Stations during Bike to Work Day for encouragement, refreshments and freebees!  We hope to see you there.

Calgary Pathways and Maps

The City of Calgary also maintains a network of paved multi-use pathways (for bicycle, roller skating and jogging). The dedicated pathway network in Calgary is among the most expansive in North America and spans 635 km. There are also about 290 km of signed on-street bicycle routes.

The pathways connect many of the city's parks, river valley, residential neighbourhoods, and downtown. Even the airport is on the pathway network. Calgarians make year-round use of these paths for walking, running, and cycling to various destinations.

For more information on bike routes and maps, visit the City of Calgary website.
